By using Sweet CLI and related web services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Sweet CLI. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also add or update usage limits, safety controls, and supported features.
Paid access requires an active subscription or prepaid balance, depending on your plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for taxes and payment method validity.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with your own data handling and confidentiality obligations.
Sweet CLI and related branding, software, and documentation are owned by Sweet CLI and its licensors. You retain ownership of your own code and content, subject to licenses required to operate the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sweet CLI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
